Mobile Antenna Control Unit

LSACS-M33AE is an antenna control unit designed for Mobile antennas mounting on v ehilces to track LEO, MEO, and GEO satellites. The control system performs digital signal processing of servo loop closures for accurate position, tracking, rate, and torque bias l oops required for large aperture antennas operating at Ka-band and beyond. The system also monitors and controls brakes, interlocks, and feed status.

Stationary Antenna Control Unit

The IP-ACS-ES4A5E-001 Antenna Tracking System designed for earth station antennas are efficient for both manual or automatic antenna positioning of single and 3-Phase Motors including polarisation.

Earth Station Antenna control system comprises:

• Antenna control unit (Indoor rack mountable)- Model No: LSACS-EXXAEE
• Antenna drive unit (Outdoor Unit)- Model No: LSADU-EXA
• Laptop /desktop for the remote access
• Portable maintenance unit

Some of the Salient features of our systems are listed below.

• Our ACU can drive the antenna in five directions Azimuth, Elevation, Feed, polarizer ( two band) with simultaneous movement in three axis (Azimuth, Elevation and Feed) to be able to point towards a fixed satellite position.
• Our microprocessor basedcontrol unit comes with the provision of multiple tracking options to the customers that enables them to get the accurate position of satellites.Some of them include Manual , Auto , Step size, step track, position track.We provide calendar based tracking as well.
• It has analog input control from beacon receivers for acheiving maximum signal.
• To have the cost effective solution we use the Inclinometer as tilt correction as well as Elevation reading and Compass for the present angle as well Azimuth reading . No more need of the encoder (subject to the accuracy and resolution acceptable).
• We provide web options to control the units from far off places. Our web controlling options do not need designated PCor Laptop. They can be operated from any systems with authenticated username and passwords.
• Our unit provides logs to track and store upto 100+ satellite positions including Satellite name, orbital .
• Our system has in-built Spectrum for signal check (max Peak).
• It's design is user friendly and intuitive to operate. We provide customizable designs as per the customer's needs.
• For better accuracy, We employ 13 bit , 18 bit and 22 bit encoders according to the requirements
